Our Guarantee: Your satisfaction is guaranteed. To that end, during the screening phase of all productions, all reasonable effort is made to ensure satisfaction before the project moves to final production. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds after final production.
Damage Liability: Digital Keepsakes By Karen, LLC is not responsible for any damage to your materials incurred during shipping. Please be sure to package your materials properly and use a shipping service with a tracking system. Insure your package where appropriate.
Copyright Liability: It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that you are in compliance with copyright law. By signing this agreement, you are confirming to us that you are authorized to use all photographs, video and music submitted to us or requested for use in production of your DVD. Digital Keepsakes By Karen, LLC is not responsible for verifying this information and is hereby released of any liability. At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse orders that include questionable content.
DVD Compatibility: Digital Keepsakes By Karen, LLC uses DVD-R format, which is compatible with approximately 95% of all existing DVD players. Please verify with your DVD manual/manufacturer that your DVD player supports DVD-R media. We are not responsible for incompatibility issues, and no refunds can be given for DVD incompatibility. Upon request, we can provide your keepsake on DVD+R media, but you must indicate that with your original order. DVD+R discs requested after final production is completed will be provided at the post-production rate ($30/copy + $25 shipping). Privacy: Digital Keepsakes By Karen, LLC guarantees that we will never distribute client contact information in any form for any reason. Client contact information is used by Digital Keepsakes By Karen, LLC only. May we use your DVD for informational and marketing purposes and/or as a demonstration of our work to other potential clients? _____ Yes. Digital Keepsakes By Karen, LLC has my permission to use my Completed DVD project for informational and marketing purposes. _____ No. Digital Keepsakes By Karen, LLC does not have permission to show my completed DVD project to anyone
Acknowledgement: By signing this agreement I acknowledge that I have read and understood the statements above. I understand that full payment is due before work will begin on my DVD. I also confirm that I have permission to use all photographs, videos and musical works in this slide show, and I accept responsibility for copyright liability. I further acknowledge that the completed DVD that I have requested is for personal use only. I also understand that copyright law prohibits unauthorized duplication and distribution of this DVD without written permission.
