II. Chapters: Chapters let you skip to various sections of your DVD in a random access manner. Each chapter should have a short name that will appear on the main menu screen. Your main menu will also include the “Play All” and “Loop All” option. (Attach additional sheet if necessary)
III. Additional Titles: Titles can add a brief description to a single photo or section of the slide show, or document important dates/events. Titles are $2 each. (Attach additional sheet if necessary)
IV. Music: Background music determines the mood and tone of your slide show. Each photo uses approximately five seconds of screen time, so a three-minute song will cover about 36 photographs. We can sync any song to a particular group of slides. We can also fade music in/out if your photos do not last for the entire length of the song. (Attach additional sheet if necessary)
Photo Montage: We will import your photos from a CD or scan your original photos, retouch them, bring them to life with pans and zooms, and enhance the production with titles, captions and music. Your DVD will include professional color correction and transition between all photos. Your choice of title at the beginning and end of your movie are also included, as well as a custom interactive menu for each chapter of the DVD. Your keepsake DVD will have custom labeling printed right on the DVD with Lightscribe technology, and be delivered to you in a custom DVD case.
To be sure that your project deadline can be met, please call or e-mail us to be put on our schedule as soon as possible.
Shipping: We recommend that all materials be sealed in individual zip-lock plastic bags, placed in protective packaging, and that a shipping company with a tracking service be used. Be sure to include your completed Order and Agreement forms, as well as your Project Planner. Please note that production will begin only upon receipt of all applicable completed forms.
Production: You will receive an e-mail confirmation once we have received your package, and a tentative completion date has been set. Production will take 2-4 weeks. You will receive a secure link to a website where you can preview your project and request changes. A maximum of two previews and two change requests are allowed before your project goes to final production. Upon receipt of your approval, final production can take up to three days. You will receive e-mail confirmation once your package is shipped with tracking number.
Payment: Payment in full is required before we begin work on your custom DVD slide show. We accept major credit cards through our online PayPal account. You do not need to have your own PayPal account in order to use this method, nor is there a fee for using the PayPal service. Contact us for instructions on using PayPal. We accept certified checks, money orders, and personal checks if included with your original order. Keep in mind that we cannot begin work on your DVD until your personal check has cleared the bank. There is a $25 fee for returned checks. You cannot use personal checks to pay for expedited orders.
